Canada Day Celebrations
Each July 1st the Town of Renfrew celebrates in style at Ma-Te-Way Park with fun for everyone. Many children's activities, entertainment, a giant sundae and of course spectacular fireworks to end the day. See the Coming Events page for more details.

Ottawa Valley Bluegrass Festival
Music is in the air each July at the Johnston Farm in Horton. Toe-tapping, knee-slapping good fun for the whole family.

Renfrew Fair

Rural Ramble
Come and enjoy a countryside tour among our brilliant fall colours annually in September. Bring the family out for a traditional self-guided tour through the rural routes and various agrifood operations of the scenic Ottawa Valley. $5 per person, children under 12 free. Victoria Tree of Lights Ceremony
The Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation cordially invites you to participate in the Annual Victoria Tree of Lights Lighting Ceremony. Celebrate the Joyous Christmas Season by joining us for carolling, hot apple cider, refreshments and a visit from Santa. For each gift received for the Victoria Tree Project, we will light a Christmas Tree bulb on our Christmas Tree. Donations may be made in Honour of friends or in Memory of a loved one, if you wish.

Renfrew Santa Claus Parade
Each year Santa comes to town the first weekend in December to the delight of all the area children and the young at heart. Beautiful floats, singing, music and of course the big guy himself. Santa finishes the parade at the Renfrew Armouries with a visit and gift for all the children.
